Svipul: The Latest Tech 3 Destroyer Tuesday, February 17, 2015

A new tactical destroyer has taken flight, this time from shipyards of the Minmatar Republic. Specializing in small projectile weaponry makes it deadly. It's ability to physically morph into Defensive, Propulsion and Sharpshooter modes on-the-fly make it a game changer.

Turn the tides of battle and shift the fates in your favor with the morphing Minmatar Svipul.

Minmatar Tactical Destroyer Bonuses Per Level:
10% bonus to Small Projectile Turret damage
10% bonus to Small Projectile Turret optimal range
5% reduction in heat damage generated by modules

Defense Mode:
33.3% bonus to shield and armor resistances
66.6% reduction in Microwarpdrive signature radius penalty

Propulsion Mode:
66.6% bonus to maximum velocity
33.3% bonus to ship inertia modifier

Sharpshooter Mode:
33.3% bonus to Small Projectile Turret tracking
100% bonus to sensor strength, scan resolution and targeting range

Intra-Corporation Combat Tuesday, February 17, 2015

Corporations can now decide if they want CONCORD to respond to "friendly fire" attacks between corporation members in empire space. Corporate recruiters can choose to manage the risks they take when accepting new members, and players can now clearly see whether a corporation allows legal friendly fire during the corp search and application process. It's now easier than ever before to find new friends to enjoy EVE with!
